How do I get an invoice?
Enter your company VAT number when you book. The VAT invoice is issued automatically (including the Polish KSeF system). No need to ask.
Do companies get an extra discount?
Companies pay the same low direct price as everyone booking with us, 12% less than on Booking.com. Discounts do not stack. Instead you get free late check-out until 1 pm when the apartment is free, and one contact person for all bookings.
My colleague arrives late at night. What about keys?
There are no keys. We send a door code and directions before arrival, so you can check in at any hour.
Is there somewhere to work?
All studios have fast Wi-Fi, and the Bathtub & View studio has a separate desk. Laptop-friendly cafés are downstairs at Browary Warszawskie.
How fast do you reply?
We reply to messages within 15 minutes. A real person who knows the apartment is on the other side.
